Privacy policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This policy explains what Regression Studio Cloud stores about you and your organization, why, and for how long. Your tests run on your own machines; we only receive what the CLI publishes and what you enter in the web app.
What we store
- Your account: name, email address and, if you sign in with GitHub or Google, your profile picture.
- Your organizations: their names, projects, members and roles, invitations, API keys (stored as hashes) and an activity log of changes.
- Published runs: the files the CLI uploads, such as results, JUnit reports, logs, screenshots and screen recordings, plus the git branch, commit and CI build link of each run. Screenshots and recordings show whatever your app displayed during the test, so use test accounts and test data.
- Billing: your plan, subscription status and monthly run count. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the service, its database and the published run files.
- Stripe processes payments for paid plans.
- Resend delivers sign-in links and invitations by email.
- GitHub and Google, only if you choose to sign in with them.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Runs are deleted automatically once they are older than your plan's retention period (see Pricing). Admins can delete runs and projects sooner. Account and organization data is kept while the account exists.
Cookies and local storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. The web app also remembers the last project you opened in your browser's local storage. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account and organizations deleted by writing to support@regstudio.dev. We answer within 30 days.
